While these shows serve a valuable purpose by exposing rogue traders many reputable tradesmen are concerned that the public's perception of "plumbers" is that everyone is "dishonest and ready to rob you". These programmes focus on a tiny minority of individuals who tarnish the trade, not the majority of honest tradesman.

Customer Pledge

“Your job will cost what you were quoted” - We take the time to properly survey your home, the quote is competitively and accurately priced. We wont ask for a penny more on completion! We don’t ask for a deposit, just payment in full on completion.

“We will allocate consecutive days for your installation” - We wont undertake a job unless we can guarantee to allocate consecutive days to ensure the installation is completed with the minimum of inconvenience to you. Once we are “on the job” we will come back until it is completed. We typically arrive on site at 09:00 and leave at 16:00. You will be told on a daily basis if these times may differ.

“We will respect your home” - We will endeavour to keep your home in a safe and tidy condition, dust sheets are used, tools and materials will be stored at the end of the day and water and gas services will be maintained as long as possible for your comfort and convenience.

“We will handover your new heating system to you” -  The job isn't finished until it’s handed over to the customer. Suffice-it-to-say the controls in modern heating systems can be somewhat involved, therefore we will spend as much time as is necessary to enable you to fully understand your new heating system.

“Your heating system will meet current building regulations” - In summary, your new heating system will be “self certified” for building regs which means you wont need to apply to the local planning office for building regulation approval which involves an application fee of up to £300 and a visit from a building inspector! In 2007 the government introduced a “home information pack” for people selling their homes. Proof of building reg compliance of any type of home improvement forms a fundamental part of this pack.

“We will guarantee your new heating system for one year” - And...all the boilers we supply come with a three year manufacturers warranty while Solar panels have a five year warranty.
