The business has developed
its services over its thirty three year history to accommodate the needs
of its customers. For many years Ilex was a gas fitting and service
business but we can now offer central heating
services such as boiler
replacement and full central heating installations in both Natural Gas
and Oil. Last year Ilex introduced Solar Hot water services in response to the
environmental impact caused by Carbon Dioxide emissions.
Jason has developed fault finding and diagnostic skills in both
conventional and combi boilers.

Following recent changes to Building regulations in England and
Wales all new boilers installed must meet the relevant Building regs
and be recorded with your local authorities planning office. Ilex
Heating will "self certify" your new installation by informing them.
This will form an important part of the "home information pack
(HIP)" now a requirement when selling your home, without it you
could encounter problems when selling your home!"

connection, additional stop taps, thermostatic showers e.t.c

Installation of solar hot water heating systems integrated in to a
gas or oil heating systems by way of a twin coil storage cylinder.
